Animated voxel Halloween island with haunted tower and flying witch

GOAL: Create a single self-contained HTML file using Three.js that renders a beautiful animated voxel-art 3D Halloween scene. MOTION: A giant carved jack-o'-lantern floats as an island in a purple night sky under a huge full moon; at the start a candle ignites inside, and its eyes, nose and toothy grin light up and flicker. On top of the pumpkin is a crooked little town: leaning houses with steep dark roofs and glowing windows, a graveyard with tombstones, a fence and floating ghosts, a pumpkin patch with small glowing jack-o'-lanterns, dead trees with hanging lanterns and cobblestone paths. The pumpkin's thick twisted stem rises in the middle with a crooked witch's hut on top, green smoke rising from its chimney. Vines drape over the edges, and roots with tiny lanterns hang underneath. A witch on a broomstick circles the island leaving a trail of purple and green sparks, while bats flutter around the hut and green will-o'-wisps drift through the air. Add soft shadows, voxel ambient occlusion, purple voxel clouds and a slow cinematic camera orbit. Make it as detailed and polished as possible.
