Browser cycling game with a pelican rider

We will keep it small, just a village road cycling game, but the bike is ride by a pelican, set up blender mcp now, i will be there if you need anything also try to use mcp fully for blender and not computer use unless you super need computer use, make the decent stuff you need for blender without burning my laptop, it should have a ghibli feeling, and i think you can make it more realistic than them by a fraction of heat and as it will run in browser, and make sure you try to tune it as realistic as possible, shadows, graphics, and i should be able to rotate around the environment with my mouse and also run the cycle, pass by a river, water animation, but... efficient? tune it so that it works fine, now... gooo
