30-second animated short about a police officer and a thief

Using Magnific, create a 30-second animated short with Seedance 2.5 Draft in 16:9. Use the attached image as the opening frame and visual reference. Keep the character designs, animation style, colors, and lighting consistent. The premise: a police officer’s coffee break is interrupted by a thief. Develop this into a complete mini-story with a clear setup, escalating action, and a funny payoff. You decide how the story unfolds, including the camera angles, shot lengths, pacing, and transitions. Add music and synchronized sound effects, with minimal dialogue.
