Interactive tropical villa diorama inside a wobbling jelly island

Build "Villa Jelly" — a single self-contained HTML file (no external requests, no libraries) using native WebGPU + WGSL, simulation in plain JS. It belongs to an editorial "MATERIAL STUDIES" series of interactive jelly dioramas. Scene: a square cut-out block of jelly showing a tropical island with a modern white villa at the back and a turquoise lagoon wrapping the two front edges, like a miniature real-estate diorama — but the sea is a wobbling block of jelly with candy-striped strata visible through its cut faces. Must run smoothly (sim ≈3 ms/frame).
